WHAT YOU'LL NEED: 3 of the same Tropica Sodas (purchase from Coco Flowi on Tropica Island)

Travel to the Aeven Port. Talk to the Boatman and take the Aeven SeaLiner 101 to Tropica Port.
On Tropica Island, speak to Coco Flowi (right off the dock) and buy 3 of any single-flavor Tropica Soda. (Do not mix flavors — all 3 must be the same.)
Head north to Tropica Bay and talk to Sitting Bear.
Give Sitting Bear the 3 Tropica Sodas you purchased earlier.
Open the Bear Chest for a chance to obtain Bad Bear (Bear Costume).
Chest Mechanics:
· Every 2 attempts increase your bonus chance by 0.01%.
· At 210 attempts, the drop becomes guaranteed.
