Note: The quest Lost Wallet (minimum level 3) is a prerequisite to start this quest.
Talk to Broke Billy in the Aeven Town Square to start the quest.
You tell Broke Billy he has a hole in his pocket. He’s worried about the cost of new pants so you tell him you’ll talk to Creative Caroline on his behalf.
Head east and enter the Aeven Market and find creative Caroline.
Creative Caroline tells you to inform Broke Billy that she will repair his pockets at no cost.
Return to Broke Billy in the Aeven Town Square and he’ll thank you but then mention he lost a childhood photo and asks you to help him find it.
After talking with him immediately do #Range. You should see where the Childhood Photo is. (If it's not popping up, move around Aeven doing #Range until it does). Go to the coordinates provided and find/ pickup the Childhood Photo.
Return to Broke Billy and claim your reward of 25,000 exp.
