A new buddy can be found at Blobsie Gardens, this weekly quest refreshes every Monday at server reset (3 AM EST). Speak to the Florabella NPC, and click on the workbench behind her to craft the required items. Florabella will request 24 bouquets of one random type: Aeven, Starflower, Skyflower, or Ice Flower.
The weekly quest reward gives you a random chance to obtain a Flutter Buddy in one of four colors: green, blue, purple, or red.
Aeven Bouquet - Each requires 2 Aevenflower and 3 Puffyweed. For 24 bouquets, you’ll need 48 Aevenflower and 72 Puffyweed.

Ice Flower Bouquet - Each requires 2 Ice Flowers and 3 Chewyherb. For 24 bouquets, you’ll need 48 Ice Flowers (found in Snowlandia’s Ice Cave) and 72 Chewyherb (found in Nostalgia).
