Reward: 67,000 exp
Head to the Northeast corner of the Josand Desert and find the Crying Girl.
She will ask you to enter the Bug Hole just south of her and find her Little Barney Doll.
Go south slightly and enter the Bug Hole.
Travel down the path until you reach the last room and Little Barney will be on the floor on the most northern room.
Return to the Crying Girl and receive your reward of 67,000 exp.
