Make your way to the Aeven Inn, directly south of Aeven.
Inside, purchase a dream key from the Inn Hostess.
Go through these doors.
And then... these doors.
5. Sit on the bed for a few seconds.
Follow the path to the Batmaso NPC. He asks you to rescue 10 Twinkles.
From here, Batmaso will warp you to the maze. The video below (begin at timestamp 2:34) will show you the way.

Once the maze is over, make sure to sit on the beds. *CAREFUL - make sure you have potions on you, and a shield equipped. The bogomen hit hard (pun intended) and if you die, you will lose your maze progress.
The twinkles are in 3 spots within the cages. They respawn pretty quickly (between 1-2 minutes approximately.)
Once you have 10, return to Batmaso and he will give you a lucky charm as well as 77,777 exp. After this one-time quest is completed, it becomes a repeatable quest for 33,333 exp per round.
