Note: This quest is unlocked after completing the quest Critical Aid.
1.At the Aeven Battleground east of Stronghold, go to the tent at coordinates 12, 47. Talk to the medic inside.
2.He tells you that medical inventory is missing a lot of things. He asks to keep a close watch on it. Go back to the upper leftmost tent (the one on the left of the Soldier Captain NPC).
Sit (F11) on tile 1,7.
4.Surprise - a visit from Shady again.
CAREFUL WITH THE DIALOGUE HERE!
Your quest reward will change depending on your answer. If you click on Fine I will take them - you will get negative karma* when submitting the quest. You'll still get 158,000 quest exp, but you will also receive 1,000 eons and 2 medikits (the ones you took from Shady...).
*As of March 7, 2025 - we are not sure how negative karma affects gameplay.
If you click on "I cannot accept this" - your karma will not be affected. Your quest reward will be 148,000 exp, 1,440 eons, and 0 medikits.
