WHAT YOU'LL NEED: Fishing Rod or 1 Icey Tuna
You can watch the video below or follow the visual instructions to get to Pengu Town. Head to Snowlandia. Once off the Air Ship head east and go up the Lift then enter the Pengu Cave to the northwest of the next map.
Go through the cave to enter Pengu Town. The Pengu Cave will damage you if you don't have warm clothes on but its short and not needed.
Once you leave the Pengu Cave go southwest and talk to the Pengu Glider to start the quest.
The Pengu Glider wants 1 Icey Tuna.
Go to a fishing hole and fish until you catch 1 Icey Tuna.
Once you have the Icey Tuna go back to the Pengu Glider and give him the Icey Tuna.
He'll take you to the Pengu Chest where you'll have a chance to aquire the Pengu Costume
