Location: Josand Town Quest Giver: Shabby the Big Guy Lvl requirement: 26 Reward: 50,000 exp
WHAT YOU NEED: 20 buckets of regular water
1. Take Aeven sealiner 101 to Josand. Go to Josand town (northwest of the Josand port) and enter into the building with the statues in front. Talk to Shubba Dunna inside the building.
2. Tell him you have an appointment with Shabby and that you will wait 2 minutes. Wait 2 minutes and then talk to him again.
3. Take the stairs up to the roof of the building and talk to Shabby.
Alternatively, you can talk to Shabby from the side of the building so you don't have to keep going inside the building and taking the stairs up.
4. Ask him about his mustache, and then he tells you about how the desert raider gnomes have been a nuisance and stealing things. Once you agree to help deal with the gnomes, he will give you access to the bridge. Find the grooming tools that the raider gnomes ran off with in the Josand Oasis, east of the main map with the desert mobs.
5. Grab the 3 items from the Josand Oasis. After, go back to Shabby.
6. Shabby will ask you to bring him 20 buckets of regular water. You can fill up the buckets at the well near Stronghold, or at Nostalgia. Buy a few extra buckets at the Aeven market since there is a chance to get pure water instead of regular water.

7. Give Shabby the 20 buckets of water, and he will reward you with bridge access which you will need for the Atlantis quest and 50,000 xp.
