Quest Giver: Debby Skylar
Level Requirement: Level 17
Reward: 42,000 exp and 300 eons
1. Take the Aeven Airliner 121 to Skywonder. Talk with Debby Skylar inside Skywonder.
2. Once off the boat, go to the main city. The toilet house is on the same map as the Skyworld Bank.
3. Go inside and speak with Debby Skylar, she will ask you to find out whats wrong with the toilets. Accept the quest and then go back outside and walk behind the house.
5. Once inside the toilets, walk south where you will find a clogged pipe.
6. Wait 1-2 minutes for the fat rat to spawn, and then collect it.
7. Once you're done, return to Debby Skylar to collect your reward of 42,000 exp and 300 eons.
