WHAT YOU'LL NEED: 3 Buckets of Pure Water
1. If you already have 3 Buckets of Pure Water, skip to Step 3. If not, go to the Aeven Market and talk to Cara Craft Merchant to buy 30–40 Empty Buckets.
Travel to the Stronghold Woods east of Aeven and use the well by the road.
· Each time you fill an Empty Bucket, you have a 10% chance to obtain a Bucket of Pure Water.
· Repeat until you collect 3 Buckets of Pure Water.
Once you have all 3, head to the Josand Port by taking the Aeven Sealiner 101.
Go north in Josand Port and talk to Hannibal Toohot to start the quest.
Hannibal Toohot explains he is struggling with the Josand heat and asks if you brought any water. Give him 1 Bucket of Pure Water, then offer 2 more.
After you provide all 3 Buckets of Pure Water, Hannibal Toohot thanks you and rewards you with 66,000 EXP and 3 Empty Buckets.
