Go to the Stronghold Office northeast of Aeven and find the Stronghold Chief.
Speak with the Stronghold Chief and he will ask you to check on his watchtowers.
Use this map for a convenient guide on where the towers are located.
First check the North Tower. When the Quest Report pops up report back to the Stronghold Chief. (Grid 39, 10)
Next check the Southeast Tower (bottom right - Grid 39,44). When the Quest Report pops up report back to the Stronghold Chief.
The last tower to check is the Southwest Tower (bottom left - Grid 11, 44). When the Quest Report pops up report back to the Stronghold Chief one last time.
He will thank you and you can claim your reward of 8,000 exp and 400 eons.
