Quest Giver: Penny Paws
Level Requirement: Level 30
Reward: 71,000 exp and 1 Buddy Coin
1. Go to Hallodale, once off the train go east one map and continue east until you see Penny Paws sitting beside the fence.
2. Penny says that her little kitty has gone missing, and she needs help finding him.
3. Go south 1 map to the Hallodale Port. While walking around the map use the command #range to find the Lost Kitty.
4. Once you find the Lost Kitty click on them to pick them up and return to Penny Paws.
5. Speak to Penny again to return her kitty and receive your reward of 71,000 exp and 1 Buddy Coin.
