Once you complete the tutorial and teleport out of the bunker, the game offers very little direction. Location: Hallodale Quest Giver: Little Toby Level Requirement: Level 30 Reward: 70,100 exp and 23 eons Go to the Aeven railroads and purchase a train ticket to Hallodale.
