Reward: 80,000 exp
Go to Pirate Cove on Tropica Island and talk to Darla Whisper to start the quest.
She will ask you to help her by talking to the Pirate With Shovel.
You can find him standing right next to Darla Whisper.
Speak with him and he'll ask you to speak with Penny Stock.
You can find her to the southeast of the Pirate With Shovel.
Speak with Penny Stock who will then ask you to speak with Golden Joe.
Golden Joe is standing right next to Penny Stock.
Speak with Golden Joe and he'll ask you to talk to Dex Deckhand.
Dex Deckhand can be found on the pirate ship just to the west of Golden Joe.
Speak with Dex Deckhand and he'll ask you to talk to Daniel Daggers.
Head north of the pirate ship and enter the building north of Pirate With Shovel. Daniel Daggers is standing in the corner of the pub.
Speak with Daniel Daggers and he'll then ask you to speak with Barry Booz.
Barry Booz is standing behind the counter.
He'll then ask you to go back outside and speak with Pirate With Shovel again.
Pirate With Shovel will then ask you to speak with Daniel Daggers again.
Go back to the bar and find Daniel Daggers.
He'll then ask you to talk to Penny Stock.
Head southeast of the pub and talk to Penny Stock.
She'll ask you to talk to Golden Joe.
Golden Joe will then ask you to talk to Barry Booz.
Return to the pub and speak with Barry Booz.
Barry will ask you to go back to Dex Deckhand on the pirate ship.
Head south of the pub and talk to Dex Deckhand.
Dex will then ask you to report back to Darla Whisper.
Head northwest and talk to Darka Whisper.
After speaking with her you can claim your reward of 80,000 exp.
