Quest Giver: Little Toby
Level Requirement: Level 30
Reward: 70,100 exp and 23 eons
Go to the Aeven railroads and purchase a train ticket to Hallodale. Give the ticket to the conductor and go to Hallodale station.
Once you're at Hallodale station, head east to go into Hallodale Town. Little Toby can be found wandering around the statue near 32,53.
Little Toby lost his Gnoll Chronicles book (yes.... that means this is another #range quest...). It's somewhere around Hallodale Town.
The book location varies per player but will spawn on the Hallodale Town map.
Walk around using #range to find the exact coordinates. I found mine on 57, 47 and at 22, 30.

Once you find it go back to Little Toby to receive your reward of 70,100 exp and 23 eons.
