1.Go to Moonmurk port and go east (right) past the aggressive murks. Once you reach the bridges, go north. The Outpost Scout lost his satellite phone and needs you to retrieve it.
To start this quest go to Moonmurk Port and go east past the aggressive Murk Mutations. Once you reach the bridges go north. On the next map find the Outpost Scout.
Speak with the Outpost Scout and he will ask you to find his lost Satellite Phone.
Walk along the bridge directly above the Outpost Scout and keep going west (left). Pick up the phone from the ground.
3. Deliver the Satellite Phone to the Outpost Scout and claim your reward of 59,000 exp and 350 eons.
